He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie and Blanche Slash, Sr. (Davis); and his sisters, Mary Freeman and Delores Dean. He is survived by: his children, Willie Slash, III of Lima and Linda L. Slash of Mauldin, SC.; his godson Lawrence Thompson, Jr. of Lima; and his daughters, Stacey Rose (Belgium) of Lima and Phyllis Brewton of Ellenwood, GA.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great grandchildren.
