He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Harner and Melba Harner (Heatwole); his close friend Deb Kindred; his children, Steve Harner (Paula) of Lima, Bill Harner (Tommie) of Ada, Robert Harner (Sandra) of Plant City, FL, Ginger Loscavo of Lima and Stephanie Neal of Lima; and his sisters, Ruth Lewis and Roberta 'Bobbie Harner. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
