He was predeceased by: his parents, Victoriano Quintero and Antonia L. Quintero (Landin); his wife Joyce Ann Quintero (Shappell); his daughter Kimberly Ann Archer; his granddaughter Dorene Edwards; his great grandchild Carter Collins; and his siblings, Miguel Quintero, Francisco Quintero, Refugia Quintero, Onesima Quintero, Inez Quintero and Joe Landin Quintero.
He is survived by: his children, Thelma Edwards (James) of Greenville, SC, Josie Davila (Gilbert) of Edinburg, TX, Victoria Cole of Lima, Lelanna Spencer (James) of Lima, James Prichard (Betsy) of Lima, Gilbert Salaz-Quintero (Peggy) of Lima, Marcus Quintero (Junsuk) of Andover, KS, Victor Quintero (Hiachiko) of Lima, Joseph Quintero (Angie) of Lima and Thomas Best of LaFayette. He is also survived by 27 Grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services - Eastside Chapel (828 Bellefontaine Ave, Lima, OH 45801). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
