She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Mosley and Audrey Mosley (Prater); and her daughter Andrea Kline. She is survived by: her husband Dennis J. Kline; her daughters, Rebekah Shaw of Lima, Destiny Cotrell (Kevin) of Spartanburg, SC, Tiffany Kline (Rondeau Nixon) of Cridersville and Ashley Maag of Lima; her grandson Brandon; and her sisters, Vicki McMaster of Lima and LaDonna Mosley of New Haven, IN..

Memorial contributions may be given to the family to help with expenses from her extended illness.
