With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ulice Manley of Lima, Ohio, born in Hurtsboro, Alabama, who passed away on August 23, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, DeVontae Upshaw, Anthony Cloud and Robert Cloud, IV; and his siblings, Bertha Smith, Celestine Owens, Thomas Manley, Jr., Rozell Manley, Willie M. Manley, Aaron Manley, Joe Manley, Theodis Manley, Calvin J. Goode, Sr., Jack Manley and Johnny Manley.

He is survived by: his children, Barry Geary (Delois) of Ft. Worth, TX., Maxine Hubbard of Lima, OH., Eartha Napier of Lima, OH. and Rosemary Hughes (Mark) of Lima, OH.; his siblings, Lindsey Manley of Lima, Depree Manley (Linda) of Lima, Robert Manley, Sr. (Marva) of Lima, Rev. C. M. Manley of Lima, Ruby M. Brown of Lima and Ernestine James (Johnny) of Alabama; and his close friend Percy "Ham" Nichols of Lima. He is also survived by 45 grandchildren, 65 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
