She is survived by: her husband John Edward Shank of Lima, OH.; her children, Charles, Shay Willis (Charlie Mack) of Ada, OH, Dale, Amanda Sanders (Gopher) of Fitzgerald, GA, Randy, Frances Gaddy (Fancy Pants) of Lima, OH, Tracy Rhem (Netter Brain) of Ada, OH, John Shank (Malachi) of Lima, OH and DeAnn Shank of Greenly, CO; and her sister Theresa Roop.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family for funeral expenses.
