He is survived by: his parents, Michael Holovack and Donna Holovack (Homman); his wife Lisa Holovack (Miller); his daughters, Tiffane Little, Katie Martin (Donald) and Gabbie Holovack; his grandchildren, Raven McPhillips, Conner Little and Kennedy Little; his brothers, Scott Holovack, Eric Holovack and Chris Holovack'; his mother-in-law Sue Miller; and his brothers-in-law, Jab Miller, Dean Miller and Jacob Miller.
