He is survived by: his father Frank Stephens; his children, Ryan Snyder Stephens (Jos), Jena Stephens and Brad Stephens (Mariah); and his siblings, Richard Stephens of Lima, OH, Michael Stephens (Mary) of Lampasas, TX and Theresa Ruble (Timothy Stephens) of Thomasville, GA.
