With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomasine Kay Sneed of Lima, Ohio, born in Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on February 13, 2021 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Phalen and Frances Maude Walker Phalen; her husband David L. Sneed; her stepmother Gladys Rae Mote Phalen; and her sister Linda.

She is survived by: her children, Jason M. Sneed (Nicole) of Lima, Melissa Felver of Lima and Jessica Shephard of Lima; and her siblings, Bill of Indiana, Richard of Indiana and Nancy Newman of Indiana. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
