He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy I. Mann (Hall); his granddaughter Molly M. Mann; and his brother James L. Mann. He is survived by: his father Howard J. Mann; his former wife Natalie Beitzel of New Philadelphia; his son Thomas H. Mann, Jr. (Emily A.) of Lima; and his grandchildren, Xavier S. Mann and Haley R. Mann.
