He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Holliday and Evelyn Holliday (Minnich); his daughter Jade Holliday (Austin Haynes); his wife Krystal Holliday (Stephenson); his siblings, Amanda M. Holliday (James "Matthew" Omslaer) and Adam Holliday (Destiny Zechman); and his friend Johnny Grenado. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
