He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Sharan; his sons, Jimmie Battle (Sharan) of Milwaukee, WI and Theodis Battle Jr. of Lima, OH; his stepdaughter Samantha Bolden of Columbus, OH; his grandchildren, Jawaun Battle (Bryce) and Jada Battle (Kayonna Jones) of Milwaukee, WI; his great grandchildren, Jacobi Battle, Kaypril and Kayah Skyers of Columbus, OH.; his brother John Woods (Sara) of Chicago, IL; his niece Ella B Benton; his nephews, Larry Peterson, Greg Long, Oscar Dixon, Eric Upshaw, Joe Upshaw and Anthony Thomas; and his close friend Annie Marie White. He is also survived by other loving nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
