He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Tallman and Frannie Tallman (Thomas). He is survived by: his children, Kaitlin Tallman (Ryan Karcher) of Lima and Travis Tallman of Lima; his granddaughter Nevaeh Grace Karcher; and his brother Tom Tallman of Lima.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Cleveland Clinic Foundation for cancer research.
