He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Butcher and Norma Butcher (Harbert). He is survived by: his wife Debra Ann Ousley; his children, Christopher Butcher (Patty) of Lima, Tiffany Bayes (Jim) of Lima and Amber Bodine (Aaron) of Lima; and his siblings, Ted Butcher of Indian Lake, Brenda Stroz (Joe) of Pitsburg, PA and Bambi Redd (Dean) of Jenera, OH.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the family.
