He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Adams of Lima and Angela Thomas (Mark) of Lombard, IL; his grandchildren, Brittney Thomas and Brodric Thomas; his great grandchild Bishop Shields; and his brother D. Scott Adams (Kathryn) of Fairborn, OH. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
