He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Eugene and Margaret Phillips (Hobensack). He is survived by: his wife Janet Frantz; his brother Michael D. Weber of Kokomo, IN; and his pets, Bali, Mindy, Ginger and Trixie.

Private services will be held and memorial contributions may be given to the Allen County ASPCA.
