He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Webb and Opal Webb (Williams); and his brothers, Charles Webb of Springdale, James Webb of Lima and Gary Webb of Ada.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Webb (Schenk) of Lima; his children, Angela Newland (Allen) of Roundhead, Anita Grove (Gary) of Dayton, Bradley Webb (Jody) of Lima and Sara Heitmeyer (Erik) of Lima; his siblings, Debbie Sanders of Bluffton and Roger Webb (Anita) of Springdale, Arkansas; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Webb of Springdale and Brenda Webb of Lima. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
