It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Shaffer of Lima, Ohio, who passed away on October 7, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father L. Roger Shaffer; his grandparents, Lewis, LaVere Shaffer, Karl and Vera Stockton; and his aunt Janell Stockton.

He is survived by: his mother Carol Briggs (Stockton) of Spencerville, OH; his brother Aaron Shaffer (Lindsey) of Lebanon; his stepbrother Justen Briggs (Anna); his nephew Konner Briggs; and his niece Jasemine Briggs.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kidney Foundation - West Central Ohio, 1001 Bellefontaine Ave., Lima, OH 45804.
