He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen, Sr. Drotar (Pete) and Ruth Drotar (McCormick); his stepmother Evelyn; and his brother Gregory. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Watkins of Lima, Michelle DeConcilis (John) and Stephen Drotar of Florida; and his sisters, Ruth Ann Galpal and Felicia Harvey.
