He was predeceased by: his mother Amanda Perkins. He is survived by: his father Stanley M. DeSote; and his siblings, David DeSote of Chillicothe, Michael DeSote of Green Up, KY, Adam DeSote of Defiance, OH and Amber DeSote of Morehead, KY. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
