She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Solomon and Edith Solomon (Stockler); her husband Richard Lee "Dick" Foltz; her brother Robert "Dan" Solomon; and her close friend Lorna Goodman (Craig).
She is survived by: her son John Otis Foltz (Denise); her grandchildren, Sarah Foltz (Aaron) of Findlay, Thomas Foltz of Piqua, Melanie Morgan (Jesse) and Jessica Early of Lima; and her brothers, Don Solomon, Jon Solomon (Deborah) and Mark Solomon (late Tami).
