She is survived by: her children, Joe Kollars, Jr. (Amy) of Wapak, Tammy Schadewald (David) of Lima and Amber Kollars (Donnie Green) of Lima; her grandchildren, Joseph, Ryan, Cheyann, Alexandra and Kylyn; her great grandchild Otis; and her brother Gary Edwards (Loretta) of Pandora.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
