He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Betty Kayser, Gerald and Delora Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Johnson and Jill Johnson (Kayser); his stepmother Linda Johnson of Lima; his son Kamryn Johnson; his siblings, Jerri Johnson, Doug Kayser (Tiffany), Eric Johnson and Robert Johnson; and his close friend Deb Hershey of Lima. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a great-niece.
