It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth G. Lentz of Lima, Ohio, born in Van Wert, Ohio, who passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert D. Scribner and Arlene R. Scribner (Baker); her daughter Irene Lentz; her brothers, Robert and Charles Scribner; and her brother-in-law Ralph Ash.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Lentz of Lima, Kelly Lamb (Robin) of Lima, Rechelle Hill (Dale) of Lima and Rebecca Zirkle (Adam) of Wapak; her grandchildren, Amy Zabonik (Alex), Kim Cockerell (Joe), Allen Poe (Amanda), Russell Poe, Dylan Poe, Kenneth Hill, Gage Moore (Delaney), Bethany Hill and Courtney Kantner (Cody); her sister Katie Ash of Lima; and her sister-in-law Janice Scribner of Upper Sandusky. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
