He was predeceased by: his father Leslie E. A.; his brother James Albert Holly; and his son-in-law Steven Angel. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Gray; his children, Tim Holly (Heather) of Lima and Anna Marie Angel of Cridersville; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Gavin, Tessa, Chloe Angel, Harrison and Logan Holly.
