He is survived by: his children, Melissa Brewer, Kevin Johnson (Melissa), Felicia Forest, Evetta Brewer and Shalonda Howton; his grandchildren, JaTavia Brewer, JaMonyca Brewer, Leaven Johnson, KaSteel Johnson, Madyson Johnson, Zane Johnson and Kaida Johnson; his great grandchildren, Laderyon Dillon-Brewer and QiAnnye Brewer; his granddaughter Cassandra Gifford; his siblings, Robert Curtis, Jr. (Joyce), David Curtis (Rosalind), Tony Curtis (Mary), Leslie Curtis (Cheryl), Allean Brewer and Shirley Goodlow; his godchildren, Michael and Latisha Szalla; his cousin Marocus "Mendiz" Thompson; and his close friends, James "Ike" Boyd and Mattie Daniels. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, god children and friends.
