He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil H. Oakley, Jr. and Marie Oakley (Adrian); and his siblings, Peggy Ann Oakley and David A. Oakley. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Oakley and Cindy Oakley of Santa Fe; and his nephews, Chad Oakley and Cory Oakley.
