He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bixel and Wava Bixel (Amstutz); and his siblings, Norman Bixel and Shirley Tippie. He is survived by: his wife Shirley M. Glaze; his son Brian Bixel of Lima; and his sister Ruby Logan (Mike) of Harrod.
