He was predeceased by: his mother Opal Montgomery (Potts); his wife Mary Alice Stone; and his siblings, Alfred Montgomery, Willard Montgomery, Galen Montgomery, Donald Montgomery and Deborah Montgomery.
He is survived by: his father Harold Montgomery; and his siblings, Dale Montgomery (Sharon) of Toledo, Barbara Blanton of New Boston, Phyllis Sexton of Huntington, WV and Kay Gatwood of Warner, OK. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
