He is survived by: his spouses, Imogene Vernia Kirkland and Martha Jane Arey Moore; his children, Robert Wheeler Jr (Leare), Linda Jessup (Terry) of Lima, Fred Wheeler (Karen) of Lima, Joel Wheeler (Carol) of Lima, Karen Williams (Larry) of Dublin and Cindi Fox (Brian) of Worthington; his stepchildren, Susan McKay of Florida, Diana McConnell (Steve) of Lima, Sandy Gesler of Wapak and Jim Moore of Florida; his brother Richard Wheeler of Lima; and his sister-in-law Joan Wheeler of Ft. He is also survived by 31 grandchildren, 70 great grandchildren, 21 great great grandchildren.
