He was predeceased by: his mother Geneva Hawk (Brenneman); his wife Joan Hawk (Jones); his brother Wallace "Wally" G. A Hawk; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Hawk. He is survived by: his father Wallace Hawk; his daughter Andrea Saylor (Jeremy) of Franklin, OH; his brother Johnnie Hawk (Rose) of Lima, OH; and his pets, Emily and Scarlet. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
