He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" and Alta Mae Hensley (Githens); and his sister Pauline Kuck (Frank). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Anne Hensley (Hopkins); his children, Steven Robert Hensley (Darlene) of Kalida, OH, Sandra Raye McDonald of Little Rock, AR and Bethany Anne Burke (Willie) of Andersonville, TN; his grandchildren, Susan Crane (Tim) of Marysville, OH and Thomas McDonald (Joanna) of Little Rock, AR; his stepgrandchildren, Eric Kleman (Amy) and Erin Kleman Hollenbaugh (Mike) of Barberton, OH; and also Terry Porter. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
