He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Slonaker and Bernice Slonaker (Vansky); his siblings, Dean Neff, James Slonaker and Mary Binkley; and his great grandchild Karson Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Slonaker (Cole); his children, James "Dick" Slonaker, Ginger Norton (Dick), Cindy Boatright (Jeffrey) and Tim Slonaker; and his sister Virginia "Ginger" Rex. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
