Rebecca Shaffer Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2021, at the age of 78, Rebecca Shaffer of Lima, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rebecca Shaffer to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Kline and Maureen Kline (Sargent); her spouse Dale Dean Shaffer; her brothers, Daniel Kline, Reed Kline and Billy Kline; and her brother-in-law Dewey Shaffer.

She is survived by: her children, Steven Shaffer (Dawn) of Lima, Lori Hooks (Troy) of Lima and Duane Shaffer (Jonna) of Findlay; her grandchildren, Brandon, Corey (Kym), Kyle Shaffer (Jenna), Joshua (Lindsay), Alex Hooks, Rachael Howard (Michael) and Madison Shaffer; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy, JoAnn Kline and Carole Shaffer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19, with face coverings, visitation for very close friends and the family will be from 1 until 3 PM Friday, March 12th, with funeral services to follow at 3 PM Friday in the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville with Pastor Todd Cosart officiating.
