She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Gillispie and Clara Louise Gillispie (Thines); her daughter Jenna Gillispie; and her siblings, Melody Eley, Rob Gillispie, Jim Gillispie, Cindy Nolte and Randy Hitchins.
She is survived by: her husband Alan Mathews; her granddaughter Katie Mariotti; her nieces and nephews, Shannon and Shawn Eley; and her brothers-in-law, Dave and Teddy Hitchen.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home (920 N Cable Rd, Lima, OH 45805).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
