Rebecca Jane Plaugher Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Jane Plaugher (Lima, Ohio), who passed away on October 3, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Jeff Sr. and Lillian Shafer (Kimmel); her husband Kevin Eugene Plaugher; her son Nathan Plaugher (Blair) of Lima; her granddaughter Emerie Mae Plaugher; her siblings, Paul Jeff Jr. Shafer (Samantha) of Marietta, Phillip Shafer (Cathy) of Lima, Christopher Shafer (Lucinda) of LaFayette and Melissa Jennison of Lima; her brother-in-law Rolland John Burkhart of Pandora, Ohio.; her mother-in-law Vera Plaugher; her siblings-in-law, Timothy Plaugher of Lima, Gregory Plaugher (Jaqueline) of Lima, Les Plaugher (Trish) of Harrod, Russel Plaugher (Bethany) of Waynesfield, Darlene Meyer (John) of Cridersville and Angela Plaugher (Patrick Mains) of Lima; her sister Julie Burkhart; her father-in-law Orvin Plaugher Jr.; and her nephew Terry Shafer. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, great- nieces and great-nephews and cousins.
