She was predeceased by: her parents, Burlin O. Bannister and Gladys L. Bannister (Wolfe); her sister Patricia A. Gross; her niece Debbie Monroe; and her brothers-in-law, Phillip John Harvey and Terry Leatherman.
She is survived by: her husband Stephen M. Harvey of Elida; her sons, Jim Harvey (Heather) of Lima, Scott M. Harvey of Covington, GA, John B. Harvey (Angie Shuey) of Lima and Stephen C. Harvey (Melissa) of Lima; and her sisters-in-law, Diane Williamson (Tom), Elaine Harvey, Barbara Leatherman and Rita Harvey. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
