He is survived by: his fiancée Paula Harsh of Lima; his children, James Harsh, Sr., Justin Wilmoth, Shelby Coil and Dalton Miller; his nephew Scott Cost; and his grandchildren, Sophia Harsh, Emma Harsh and James Harsh, Jr..
