She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Shingledecker and Betty Shingledecker; her brothers, Captain Armon "Monty" D. Shingledecker and James Shingledecker (Shirley); her parents-in-law, Lee and Helen Heffner; and her siblings-in-law, Leo Heffner, Jack Heffner, Gene Heffner and Betty Walls.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Heffner; her grandchildren, Jonathon, Donavan, Morgan, Kelsey and Kitiera; and her sisters-in-law, Alberta Heffner, Shirley Wills and Beverly Thompson.
Memorial contributions may be made to Equestrian Therapy or the James Cancer Research Hospital.
