With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Patricia Lee Worsham (Lima, Ohio), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Evans and Mary Evans; her spouse Carlas Worsham; and her brother Dan Evans. She is survived by: her children, Eric Worsham (Angel), Scott Worsham (Shanna), Jennifer Jones (Mel) and Beth Ciminillo Worsham. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 greatgrandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Siferd-Hanneman Funeral Home (506 N Cable Rd, Lima, OH 45805). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the South Side Christian Church (3300 S Side Dr, Elida, OH 45807).
