She was predeceased by: her mother Virginia Neal. She is survived by: her father Cletus Neal; her son Ronald E. Hoover (Lisa) of Killeen, TX; her grandchildren, Steven Boughan (Patricia), Jessica Boughan, Bryan Hoover and Erika Krakowiak (Robert); and her close friends, Lori Sprague and Tonya Mitchell. She is also survived by 8 Great-Grandchildren.
