She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Jacobs and Ruth Jacobs (Alexander); her husband Robert "Bob" Bullock; her son Eric Bullock; and her siblings, Arthur James Jacobs, Jr., Robert Jacobs and Linda August.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Bullock (Judy), Scott Bullock (Shelly), Mike Bullock, Kellie Black (Robert) and Chrissy Bullock; her brother Thomas Jacobs (Sue); her siblings-in-law, Terry August and Virginia Drinnen; and her great grandchild Sweetheart (Shaquala "Quay" Hollmon).
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Rita's Hospice or Lima Convalescent Home.
