She was predeceased by: her parents, John Clyde and Pauline "Polly" Myers (Barnes); her husband Gary H. Howell; and her brothers-in-law, Michael Moser and John Graber.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Watkins (Bruce), Kevin Howell (Mary) and Kara Howell (Brett Blake); her grandchildren, Samuel Watkins, Ashley Watkins, Toby Gipson (Stephanie) and Natalie Beck; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Hailey and Lilah; and her siblings, Michael Myers, Jonathan Myers (Julie), Carl Myers (Buffie) and Sherry Graber (Myers). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
