He was predeceased by: his parents, James Howe and Mary Howe (Spangler); and his siblings, Roseanne Bratton, Ruth Howe, Mary Joan Helmheckel, Paul Barry Howe and William Joseph Howe.
He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Schnitkey and John Howe (Linda) of Napoleon; and also Rosalyn Eleanor Liston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
