He is survived by: his children, Marcus Jackson (Cynthia) of Lima and Danielle Legge (Josh) of Kenton, OH.; and his siblings, Thomas E. Owens, Jimmie L. Owens, Jr. and Vivian Sites (Ronald) of Lima. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
