Meredith Ann Moore Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Meredith Ann Moore of Lima, Ohio, who passed away on October 13, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ted Croft and Penny Croft (Pierce); her husband Curtis Moore; her brothers, Mark Croft (Susan) and Terry Croft (Cindy); her nieces, Stephanie, Lauren and Storm; her nephew Ryker; her great-nephew Nolan; and her great-nieces, Eden and Peyton. She was also cherished by her nieces and their children and loved all children.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to The Allen County Humane Society.
