He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary D. Carter and Sue A. Carter (Peterson). He is survived by: his son Arrick D. Wagner-Carter of Lyn, IN; and his siblings, Jeff Carter of Ada, Heather Carter of Lima and Alicia Patrick (Suzanne Daniels) of Lima.
