He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Russell, Winifred Staley, Richard Kinsey and Jean North-Kinsey; his nephew Hayden; and his grandfather-in-law Marjorie Burris.

He is survived by: his parents, Dana Staley and Pamela Staley (Kinsey); his children, Raelynn, Brooklyn and Cash; his wife Kayla Staley (Micheli); his siblings, Ryan Staley (Kim) and Hannah Holmes (Patrick); his parents-in-law, Gary and Cassandra Keller; and his sister-in-law Sage Keller (Jacob Blanton). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
