She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Forche and Anna Forche (Sees); her husband Henry J. Kinzer; her great grandchildren, Mya and Wyatt Henschen; and her siblings, Leo Forche, Edith Myers, Franklin Forche, Donald Forche, Frederick Forche, Agnes Forche, Bernard Forche, Edward Forche, Clotilda "Tillie" Snodgrass, Rita Bentz and Ruth Romanowski.
She is survived by: her children, David M. Kinzer (Janet) of Lima, Martha "Marty" A. Bassett (Michael) of Lima and Margaret "Maggie" M. Walters (Brian) of Lima; her grandchildren, Tiffany Kinzer, Tara Ring (Ryan), Matthew Kinzer (Carissa), Melissa Foster (Jeremy), Michelle Martin (Brant), Tina Gilbert (Nick), Jill Henschen (Tyler), John Walters (Abby), Mark Walters, Beth Swygart (Devin), Lori Swygart (Samuel) and Kati Jarvis (Ronnie); and her great grandchildren, Zaiden, Adilyn Kinzer, Sophia Ring, Bryce Foster, Kaylynn, Colin Martin, Brynn, Landon, Carter, Logan Gilbert, Ty, Rylee Henschen, Hayden, Henry Walters, Mason, Kimber, Olivia Swygart, Liam, James, Levi Swygart and Hudson Jarvis. She is also survived by two nieces, and two nephews.
