Williams of Cincinnati, OH and Andrea D. Cowan of Lima; and her stepchildren, LaMont Cowan of Atlanta, GA, Sam Bullock (Martina) of Seattle, WA, Carrington Armstead (Wendy) of Lima, Larina Cowan of Albany, GA, Latrice Cowan of Lima and Precia Bullock of Nashville, TN.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fourth Street Missionary Baptist Church (122 W 4th St, Lima, OH 45804). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
